Snippet & Ink Select vendors La Fleuriste and Silvana di Franco teamed up to show us all that creating beautiful floral centerpieces doesn't always have to involve flowers! Instead, these two headed to their local farmer's market looking for the freshest produce to complete their look, and it totally didn't break the bank. We know you'll be as inspired as we are to make what is available in your own backyard the star of the show, next time you entertain!

To complete their organic inspiration, La Fleuriste added foraged wildflowers and greenery to their tablescape.

To build this beautiful bowl of produce, they included rattlesnake grass, huechera, scabiosa, wild carrot, basil, blueberries, foraged greens, peas, turnips, baby eggplants, kale, bitter melon, plums, rosemary and squash. Of course, don't feel limited by the ingredients they used, just consider this a starting point for your own bowl!

For this sweet arrangement, try grouping tweedia, cottage yarrow, passion vine, nasturtium foliage, abulia, oregano and foraged greens.

They were particularly inspired by ways that pairing different elements together highlights their different textures. Don't the soft, ready greens pair so beautifully against the glossy apples?
