Good Morning! Today is a slight deviation from the usual wedding inspiration as I only have one thing on my mind today, the Coupes and Canapes Soirée that is taking place in Paris tonight.

You might be thinking "I've not heard about this" that's because it is a super sexy and exclusive party that I am throwing in Paris for wedding vendors in the FWS family. It is a fabulous event to celebrate the best destination wedding professionals, who love weddings in France as much as I do.

But let's rewind slightly..... During an FWS vendors group session, our wonderful vendors expressed a desire to meet each other in person, network with each other and then meet me. I love working with destination wedding professionals, but one of the drawbacks is that we are based all over the world, so meeting in real life is problematic.

But I decided that it was time to emerge from behind my computer and host THE best party for destination wedding professionals this year and where better to host it than in Paris!

Before I even had a venue I knew that I was looking to create a soirée that evoked old hollywood glamour, a sexy speakeasy if you will.

I partnered with Habitat Parisien, a boutique apartment rental company in Paris and found a wonderful loft apartment in Paris, that comes complete with its own grand piano!

The scene set, my old style hollywood glamour look was created using a simple colour palette of black and white with accents of vibrant red.
