We are exposed to so much colour and detail on a daily basis that lately, I find myself drawn towards very neutral palettes and simple images. With my own wedding in Italy happening in a few short weeks, I've been trying to refine my own colour scheme and overarching style. My inspiration is coming from the lush landscapes.. it's hard to ignore those beautiful grey green tones the olive groves offer up so freely and it's very quickly becoming the dominant colour. Which doesn't really surprise me because for as long as I can remember, green has always been my favourite! I just love how it works with natural stones, sunsets, simple foliage and white floral bouquets and this is probably the board that I will use for the basis for my own big day. Of course.. a little sprinkling of gold can't hurt and is a lovely way to glam up this olive green wedding inspiration board.
