They are from opposite ends of the globes; however they found love in India and got married in Israel. Our cross Atlantic couple, Cassy and Ilan prove that there are literally no boundaries for love as she came from Australia and he came from Israel.

Cassy,and Ilan had an immediate connection when they met while travelling in India. A few months later she was already making Aliyah and their journey to their dream wedding started as they got engaged on their 9 month anniversary.

When it came to choosing the vendors for their big day, it was no brainer as Cassy is a hair & makeup artist and Ilan is a talented cook and so the food had to be exceptionally good . When choosing the wedding venue, they really wanted to keep it grounded, chilled and homely so when they saw Tur Sinai Organic Farm they knew immediately that they didn't need to search any further - they found their perfect location. They went for a vegan catering and the which reflected their style. The entire design was done by the artistic couple themselves where each element had a unique story behind and was taken from different vintage markets around Jerusalem.

Cassy who has been involved in the wedding industry knew exactly who she wanted to capture their big day and most intimate moment and so they went with Yehoshua Sigala from Sigala Photography. She believed that Yehoshua and his wife Rebecca's photography comes from a pure place and that thet are not only taking photographs, but creating art in every picture.

Planning a wedding is not always fun and games, especially when the bride doesn't speak the local language fluently, however when the big day has finally arrived, Cassy and Ilan were filled with joy as they were surrounded by so much love and magic.
