I love raspberries; my parents have a lot of them in their garden. I love to reap all fruit, but I must admit that these are my favorite (right after strawberries). I am sure that this kind of sweets is loved by almost everybody, especially if pastries are prepared with cream cheese. They're like little fruity cheesecakes.
