There were 3 main players to get this image off the ground: Kate and Jonny for holding pose after pose as still as statues for 8 seconds at a time, and Serena, who was WELL up for playing with fire (we all witnessed first hand the outbreak of her pyromaniac side) but not only that, but running around and around and around in heels, post drinks and culminating in a heap on the gravel floor with a busted knee.
