Gâteaux de mariage

The most magnificent Wedding cake I have been a part of. It was for my friends Brandon and Laura's wedding. It was an authentic Celtic Wedding. This was their cake. I made 100 hand made Calla Lillies with gumpaste pistons dipped in gold sugar. All the leaves were hand made as well. Hand piped pattern work from royal icing. Black satin and Emerald green satin ribbon adorned the bases.
