the ceilings are wood so I could not bounce off it . So I used the flash bender bent it to push more light at them . 1/200 , f4 , iso 1000 , 105mm , flash set at 1/4 power . this is at night time so there was no window light at all the church is really dark . they also really don't want the flash at all but I told them I would keep it down on a low power . hope when its day time I can turn it down a bit lower just to add a catch light . let me know what you think thanks everyone .
