Love is Wild: Modern Jungle Wedding Inspiration from mywedding Magazine

via

It's not every day you have the chance to shoot a magazine feature with the creative minds of Gather Events and the photography genius of M.K. Sadler...and when you do, there's only one real option: share the photos with everyone you can as soon as possible. These gorgeous behind the scenes, detail shots and outtakes from "Love is Wild," a jungle-inspired love story in the latest issue of the mywedding magazine, may not share the whole story (for that, you'll have to pick up a copy of the magazine itself), but they do a pretty incredible job of reminding us how insanely stunning a wedding with a little inspiration and some attention to detail can be. For an even more jaw-droppingly wonderful preview of the shoot, check out the behind the scenes video!

All good jungle-inspired, modern wedding photo shoots start with an awesome collection of rubber tree plants. And a wall with crazy cool texture, like the one below.

Let's talk about this ceremony setting idea for just a minute. Lush plants, white pots, non-traditional floral decor and a macrame, woven altar backdrop we're just dying to DIY. We'll bring the rope if you bring the location...

The Romance Between hand-lettered some incredible details for this shoot, including the quote on fabric above and a number of geode details and rock slice escort cards (keep scrolling - you can't miss them). Calligraphy goals, right?

We also can't seem to stop talking about this stunning back corsage. Pick up a copy of the magazine to see the full arrangement in all its exotic floral glory.

These one of a kind truffles (is anyone else suddenly battling a possibly out of control sweet tooth? Just us?) were handcrafted by Simply Brigadeiro. We're surprised they lasted long enough for anyone to take a photo of them. Although they might (key word: might) be too pretty to eat.

Don't forget to snag a copy of the new issue of mywedding, which is on newsstands starting December 2, to see the full shoot and some wedding planning ideas and inspiration from the designers themselves.
