Foggy First Look and Breakfast for the Bride + Groom

Foggy First Look and Breakfast for the Bride + Groom

via

As an event designer, florist and photographer, Michelle of Lillywhite Photography has a lot of perspetive when it comes to the big day. Noticing that a lot of her couples are not able to spend intimate time with each other at the wedding, she dreamt up this vision for how couples could enjoy more down time in the midst of a celebration!

She tells us, For the introverted or overwhelmed brides out there, I strongly recommend a first look or time with your hubby-to-be the morning of OR both! The wedding day should be about a celebration of your love and a celebration of all of the hard battles it took to make it to that day. Wedding days are crazy enough and the time in the morning can be a super sweet time to spend together away from all of the wedding day activities. We wanted to create a breakfast space that would be fun for the couple to enjoy. I knew I had to include donuts from the San Diego Donut Bar and yummy juice and coffee. I wanted the shoot to be cozy since I knew it was going to be in the mountains. Witty Rentals did an amazing job with the furniture and Madmade designs brought everything together with their beautiful glass rentals. Brenna Baffert did an amazing job helping me plan out the shoot and Pick Tulip brought the most gorgeous fall florals. Fall + Winter did an amazing job of showing up and teamed together to bring the glorious ambers + yellows & a little bit of snow.

Loving that Agate Foil-Pressed invite from Minted!

For the bride + groom, the day starts out with a traditional first look in the foggy forest, and then gives way to a relaxing morning; enjoying breakfast together before the hustle + bustle ahead.

Majorly adoring that berry-hued bouquet!

How sweet would it be to enjoy a quiet breakfast in nature with your love before all the excitement of the day ahead?

Just look at that spread! We could definitely get on board with this idea...

Big thanks to the very talented team below for sharing this unique + genius idea with us today!
