Thanks to our sponsor Unity in Glass for presenting this week's posts on Offbeat Bride. We love 'em, and think you will too...

Ryan and Tyler tell everyone they met at the gym, which is kind of true. They'd seen each other there, but it actually took the internet to let them each in on the fact that they were both single and gay. After dating for three years and then eloping to Hawaii (underneath a frickin' RAINBOW, no less), the guys threw a club-like reception at home in Utah. Enter some killer purple lighting, some LED cocktail tables, a few leather lounge sets, and voilà! The perfect high-energy, streamlined club reception for two men ready to celebrate their legalled love.

My favorite part might just be Ryan and Tyler's ridiculously awesome cake. On the outside, it fits the rest of the reception like a glove. It's square, streamlined, and super elegant with silver and black trim on a white field. But cut that sucker open, and it's RAINBOW CAKE FOR DAYS, BABY. I love it. What a juicy lil surprise in a serious-looking package.

Okay, okay, wait. I take that back. My really favorite part is this quote from Ryan. When asked what his favorite moment of the day was, he replied:

Being able to kiss my husband in front of our friends and family and be able to show them that we deserved that day just as much as anyone else. -Ryan
