Fremantle is such a charming part of the world and today's Fremantle engagement photos from Carla Atley who took the couple on a walking tour of the charming little spot to capture their desire for something relaxed, something that reflected their relationship and most importantly - something that was very much them.

Michelle tells the story of how they met. "We met in the city one Friday Night! I was out with my wingman (a colleague from work), who was determined to find me a nice guy! I spotted Daniel walk in, and struck up the courage, and made the first move to approach him and his mates! The rest is history! "

The couple love the urban backdrop of Fremantle. "We love Fremantle and wanted something relaxed and casual! Our wedding day pics will be on the beach, so we wanted something different for the engagement shoot pics! We pretty much just trusted in Carla to do what she loves, and it was so evident in the pics! We love everything about them. "

Of the proposal, Michelle remembers, "It was during a picnic on Valentines Day at Point Walter on the River! It was such a beautiful afternoon! A big surprise of course! Daniel was super nervous, which I didn't pick up on, but squealed with delight when he asked!"

On what she loves about Daniel, Michelle says, "I love his beautiful soul. He's the most kind hearted & generous man. I love how he loves me unconditionally, and it's just an added bonus he's tall, dark & very handsome!"

On what he loves about Michelle, Daniel remarks, "I love how down to earth she is. She's such a beautiful person inside & out! I love how compatible we are!"
