This ring was inspired by a vintage ring circa 1800. A super-awesome Joseph Jewelry client uploaded images of the vintage ring to Joseph's online design system to help guide Joseph Jewelry in creating a new version of the old ring.

Then Joseph Jewelry's designers selected a pear-shaped moissanite for the head, round pink sapphires for the eyes, and the sides of the shank are French cut to give the impression of scales. Then the finished version of the ring was made from the client's own recycled gold. Much like the serpent eating its tail, this ring has no end of awesomeness.
