One of my New Year's resolutions is to find some more time to crochet, I solemnly promise not to neglect it this year. I admit last year I concentrated more on knitting and my last crocheted thing was a Heart Shaped Basket.

But to stick to my resolutions I started this year by making a Crochet Basket. The pattern for this extremely useful container was shared on 'Crochet In Colour'. Instead of using a bulky yarn I made it tricolour utilizing T-yarn leftovers. The basket is ideal for keeping crochet tools and small hanks of yarn. I also made the handles a bit longer to hang the basket near my knitting corner.

The work took only one evening so I guess everyone can find time to make one. What resolutions have you adopted? Drop me a line
