How many daughters does it take to pull off a lacy, rose-strewn Western wedding?

How many daughters does it take to pull off a lacy, rose-strewn Western wedding?

Christine and Jim married each other at a private residence in Washington state, surrounded by just 13 loved ones. Old-fashioned Western romance is simply everywhere you look: Christine's lace dress was made from a repurposed Quaker tablecloth (how cool is that!); huge, pale roses show up in everything from bouquets to paper cones for confetti; Christine's daughters surprised her by wearing matching peach lace; even the candy boxes had lace hankies!

But the details bring more than just the pretty. That amazing tapestry that Jim and Christine married in front of? A friend gave that to them. It's embroidered with a pair of Quetzal birds to symbolize their union. Christine's jewelry was handmade by a family friend. Jim's pocket watch has been handed down through several generations of his family. And let's not forget the photographer! Laurel McConnell is another daughter of the bride. Pardon, my heart just melted, it's dripping everywhere.
