Guess what I finally did! I went to my first Lovesick Expo... and it was (unsurprisingly) AWESOME! In fact, the show was so awesome that immediately made up for some harrowing experiences involving parking in San Francisco, and surprise bridge on-ramps. It's a long story that you should TOTALLY ask me about at the Denver Lovesick Expo.

Yup, this Sunday is the last Lovesick Expo for the year. ( Sad face emoticon.) But cheer up, buttercups! Denver is going to kick all sorts of ass. Let's talk about the Offbeat Bride staff who'll be there, and find out who's going to party with us.

First of all, based on all the folks in San Francisco who asked me, "so, do you work for Ariel or something?" it seems that perhaps us Offbeat Bride editors aren't as immediately recognizable as our boss. And since Ariel won't be in Denver, I thought y'all should have this handy-dandy guide to recognizing the Offbeat Bride staffers...

How to recognize the Offbeat Empire staffers who will be at the show:

Megan: Managing Editor of Offbeat Bride AND Offbeat Home & Life. Usually drunk. Makes faces like this:

Catherine (aka Superman): Editor of Offbeat Bride (she's the one who produces all the real wedding profiles y'all submit!), as well as our vendor relations manager (heads up, business types: she's the one who holds the coupon codes for discounts on Offbeat Bride ads!). Stephanie: Assistant Editor of Offbeat Bride, former editor of Offbeat Families (so she can tell you ALLLLL about the fucked up shit that used to show up in the comments over there OMG OMG OMG). She will definitely be drunk and perhaps looking like this:

The final Lovesick Expo of the year is going to be going off at Denver's Mile High Station. It runs from 11am - 3pm, and there will be 30 of Denver's most bad-ass wedding vendors there. Tickets are $15 at the door, or $10 if your buy them pre-sale!
