Navy blue fascinator with black feathers can be attached is attached to headband. I can use the hair comb, bobby pin or alligator clip. This beauty I made out of navy blue netting, black wire and decorated it with black beads (on a nylon cord) and a beautiful plume of black feathers. Each petal of this headpiece is hand shaped by me.
