Vintage 10K gold diamond solitaire ring. Stone is set in a plain, round, white gold cage setting. Diamond is high quality, very bright and sparkling- I actually thought it might be a CZ but it tests as a genuine diamond. Band is narrow horizontally in front, and is thicker in the back.
