Using the beach during an surprisngly stunning time of year, winter, as a muse for this beach inspiration, Wedding Sparrow favorite Vasia Photography envisioned a relaxed bride with a wandering heart. The neutral and monochromatic colors of the Earthy surroundings definitely lend themselves to the rich colors in the florals by Flower Factory and the boho Free People gown. We are loving this picnic feel, set up to encourage intimate conversation...

From Vasia: "This shoot was first inspired by a stretch of beach in my Vancouver neighbourhood of Kitsilano. I walk along this space almost daily and watch it change with the seasons. For me I find it most beautiful in winter- i love the quiet stillness and the muted colour palette of golds and greys. I always see people setting up picnics on the beach even in winter, laying out colourful blankets and hanging out until the sun sets. Together with the team we decided to create a simple picnic style setup with rich colours and a wanderlust vibe."
