What a wonderful kickoff to our 2020 workshops! It’s so easy to get caught up in the everyday hustle & we don’t always stop fully appreciate WHY we do what we do. In our afternoon session we had the chance to chat on how I got started with the art & the beginning of Laura Hooper Calligraphy over 18 years ago, & we ended up delving into why we even offer classes & the starter kit & a curated shop of supplies. - It’s actually pretty simple: we want to get the art in front of as many people as possible, yes, but we also want them to truly ENJOY pointed-pen calligraphy.
