Here's where all those clams went that we harvested on the Oregon coast. Homemade clam chowder and fried clam strips with corn/polenta/rice breading. Side of sourdough and oyster crackers and homemade bacon crumble for the chowder. Full disclosure, it took 1.5 hours to clean all those clams! We still have a ton of meat in the fridge (used about a third). Anyone else always pretending they're on an episode of Chopped while cooking -i.e. presentation points!
