{AD} If you put your mind to it, you can achieve anything and wow, what a BLOODY difference a month can make! Swipe to see what our snug looked like before this project. I mean, DAMN, we did good. There was stress (oh so much stress)... There were deadlines we never thought we’d meet… There were no floor for three out of the four weeks of the challenge but we only went and bloody did it! Those of you that were following us last year will remember that we took part in @revamprestylereveal last summer, where we did our kitchen in a month… Now that was a bloody challenge and a half (and it legit nearly broke Gareth!) so this time we e decided to give ourselves a slightly less taxing room. The only BIG thing that really needed sorting was the joists under the floor. They were all rotten and needed replacing, but Gareth had already done this in our other reception room so we were pretty confident that it wouldn’t be too difficult. OH, HOW WRONG WE WERE (laughs/ cries in equal measure). Well my friends, I take it all back. It may have been Easy Street in theory but as we’ve come to learn these things are NEVER as straightforward as you think they’ll be.
