Surrounded by the wonder and awe of Alps, @claudiumaxim shares his experience of the idyllic, gingerbread-like town of Hallstatt in the Salzkammergut region of Austria. "Hallstatt is nestled between a serene lake and forested mountain peaks. The sun was rising in the valley, so I went straight to the small harbor and got a front-row ticket to its majestic scenery. While exploring this small town early in the morning, one of the things that I noticed instantly was the pastel colors of the houses — every single one was cheery and gave a certain vibrancy to the town. Amazing sunrise, great light, the perfect place to on an Austrian morning!" (
