Something we truly believe in at Way Out Wedding is paying people fairly who work for you. It’s investment not only in them (so important when supporting others who want to break into an industry but may not have the resources to do it for free. And shouldn’t have to!!) but also in your own brand as you will get to choose from actual talent rather than ONLY the affluent - “everyone’s a winner now we’re making that fame” to quote M.I.A. It’s a much more even playing field and we are ALL over that. So we’re super proud to be working with this fantastic new business @findyourintern in the search for our new social media champ for our cool supplier directory @thewowedit.
