I have two very distinct sides to my personality: A rainbow loving, magpie emulating, glitter obsessive, 'Disney is everything!' side and an all-black-all-the-time, metal music listening, 'forever looking for the perfect nude lipstick' side. I am nothing if not a contradiction but for some reason it makes total sense to me. One day I want to roll myself in glitter, dress head to toe in rainbows and slick on some hot pink lipstick, and the next I only want to wear black and for everything to be clean and very neatly organised. ⬛⬜⬛ I feel like our home is a bit like this too. Our style has very much always been white walls with pops of colour in each room, but when we started to plan our next big project (the bathroom) we both agreed that we wanted to go the other way entirely and to experiment with a more masculine approach. We're going for the darkest blue walls, black accents and lots of leafy plants.
