Okay sorry for two posts in one day but just really wanted to share this one too, along with some random thoughts that didn’t feel appropriate on the happy pup photo haha. Today I got lost by myself for about 4 hours just to think and they weren’t all pretty thoughts and that’s okay. But one of them was that I need to be more present and in the moment. Despite living a very full life these past few years and traveling and being married, they also feel like my most vacant memories in some way or another. I think sometimes my brain copes with me anxiety by placing me somewhere else sometimes like an alarm is sounding off in my head to flee. But I’m super ready to take control of that and be present in moments even if it’s temporarily uncomfortable and live my life so much more fully. I know this is cheesy but sometimes Instagram is like my personal lil diary so just wanted to share. ✨
