Community over competition - never has a slogan been so apt for how I feel about business. Thank you to @thecovengirlgang its creator @theflowerarranger and all the absolute bosses who make it so welcoming, inspiring, helpful, community-minded, collaborative, and just all round amazingly supportive. I’ve learned heaps from other ‘competitors’ (pronounced COLLEAGUES) who never hesitate to share what they know, what they’ve learned, what ideas they have. We have each other’s backs and it’s JUST. SO. GOOD. I’m now going to tag some other absolute champs in the group (and then panic I’ve left people out
