Tidewater and Tulle

Whitney and Tyler met while he was on staff and she was a student at Navy Supply Corps School in Newport, Rhode Island. They may have met one June, but their story would not begin until another five months when Whitney graduated, and destiny had them both receiving orders in Norfolk. It was in Virginia Beach that Tyler proposed, so it was only perfect that their engagement session would also be in the city, but down at the beach this time!
