David Tutera for Mon Cheri Fall 2013 - Style 213250 Dallas - Elegant Wedding Dresses

This is incredible for the price you pay. It fits a little loose, but in a good way. The belt that comes with it is also great and makes the dress have it's shape. (without the belt there is no waist) but it doesn't look frumpy.
