Riva Designs R9475 Dress - Brand Prom Dresses

I am 5' 8", weight around 136lb and wear 36c bra. I purchased a small and the sleeves are a bit short same as the dress itself but its good to wear at home around husband or outside with leggings underneath. This dress is made for short girls..probably around 5' 1".
