At 4'11" and weighing 95 lbs, XS is usually a safe bet for me. The dress is really flattering. The bust is stretchy so it would fit almost any size bosom. the top of the bust is also some kind of elastic, which kindly tucks away the awkward side-boob/armpit-bulge area.
