This is a beautiful Victorian orange blossom floral headpiece with tiny wax flowers with stamens. The piece measures 8” straight across and 9.5" across the top arch . Center width is 2 1/4". Approximately 40 flowers. The flowers are wired together onto a paper wrapped piece. The fabric covered band appears to have once held the stiffener but is is no longer rigid.
