This is a Rare Original Couture Vintage Shamask Dress. It is from the early 1990's and a very ingenious wrap design inspired by ancient Roman dress. It is really well made and comfortable. It dates back to my first design job and was my favorite dress for years. Shamask designs are in the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Philadelphia Museum of Art Collections.
