Glitter Nails. Very cool. Take a bottle of Elmer's School Glue and paint it on nails in place of a base coat with a small brush. Make sure you cover your entire nail so the glitter polish only grips to the glue and not the skin on your cuticle. Paint on your fave sparkly polish as normal.
