From dream catchers to bright floral arrangements each detail has been carefully selected to match the theme. The extensive grounds of Château de Vallery is the perfect setting for this wedding day inspiration.

"Inspired by the warm colours of the Indian summer and trips to Asia, we wanted to pay tribute to travellers and nature in a warm atmosphere."

"The Château de Vallery, in Bourgogne, offers a lot of different universes. We found the perfect place to set up this shoot. From the castle of the 16th century to a dovecote, everything is done to invite visitors on a journey to Asia."

"In order to stage this intimate elopement, we imagined several universes: the discovery of the married couple in a tipi; A secular ceremony under a hundred-year-old oak; An offering to Buddha, symbolising the strength and happiness that the married couple wished each other; A couple sitting in an old dovecote; A meal with friends; An evening at the water's edge."

"Every detail, from the scenography to the floral decoration, through the accessories of the bride and groom, is inspired by the nomadic people of Asia, the motifs of Slavs people to the woodwork's colours of the Mongolian yurts."

"Raw and natural materials are mixed with warm colours. The wood, stone and feathers, highlight the purple, fuchsia and orange tones of the flowers. We used the presence of falconers, to strengthen the nomadic side because raptors are great companions for travellers. So we had the chance to work with an owl and a hawk."

"To dress the married couple, we chose a dress, made by Alesandra Paris, highlighting the Russian matrioshka style of the bride, accentuated by her crown of flowers. The hairstyle is both free and worked, for the wild side. The groom is on the other hand wearing a pretty bow tie of wood from Oncle Pape, always to recall the very natural side of this shoot."

"Concerning the scene of the dinner, the colors are always very warm, the Bordeaux dominates. The decoration remains soft and natural. The wedding cake of Ma Cocotte Jolie, decorated with fruits, keeps a simple and natural appearance."

"Finally, the wedding ends with a small party around the pool, to the music of the saxophone duo and clarinet, Anarosalda. The couple will finish in the water for a Trash the Dress session, beautifully photographed by Kasia and Xavier, our photographers." Chateau de Vallery Wedding Inspiration Snapshot
