High fantasy meets a handmade gown at this treehouse camp wedding

Tierra and Bradley got married at The Treehouse Camp at Maple Tree Campground, a venue with an ACTUAL HOBBIT HOLE. The natural result of this revelation was a mixed theme of Lord of the Rings and fantasy meets Pride and Prejudice meets Ireland. I feel a serious kinship here.

The guests came in fabulous garb, but nothing compares to the bride's gown that she designed her damn self. She bought the amazing corset and then crafted the leaf-adorned tulle skirt to match. Bradley channeled hobbits with this outfit and acorn boutonniere. Plus, there was a hooded cloak involved which we very much dig.

Don't miss the hawk delivering the rings, the gorgeous cake bedecked with mushrooms, acorns, and foxes (and sugar leaves made by Tierra!), the caramel apple wedding favors, and medieval-inspired feast. Apparently, Daenerys, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Chains, Mother of Dragons, etc. etc. won the costume contest at the reception. Win!
