Adventurous Winter Wedding In An Industrial Venue - Weddingomania

The opening picture of the gorgeous couple stood by the iconic HOT marquee letters of industrial venue MC Motors in London, pretty much sums up this stylish wedding perfectly. All the details are crazy good, and the photography by Nicola Thompson really encapsulates the epicness of this urban wedding.

The couple wanted a wedding that reflected our sense of adventure and family. Then they focused on selecting a great band for later during the reception, importing the prosecco they had when they got engaged and amazing street food vendors serving dishes that represented key parts of their lives: fries, BBQ ribs, Indian food, Italian and Middle Eastern cuisines. A chance for their guests to be adventurous in what they chose to eat.

The bride and groom both look effortlessly chic in their wedding attire. Gorgeous Danielle opting for a sparkly Houghton gown that twinkles perfectly amongst all the romantic candle light of The Asylums altar, and those killer Sophia Webster flamingo heels are utterly fabulous. Ed wore a handsome blue suit and "Rapha pink" accents as a nod to his love of cycling.

They didn't plan a color scheme in advance, but everything came together beautifully in jewel tones sparkled with gold and silver. They also wanted to incorporate their love of sport into the day. The florist used old bicycle wheels as chandeliers wrapped with flowers and hung with candles in jam jars. The table markers were made in the style of postcards from their various adventures. The tables were set with tin soup cans for utensil holders and glass jam jars for candles, which the entire family had been collecting for weeks. Tied to each was a Bom Fim ribbon. The napkins were also printed with "the adventure of a lifetime" to signify the start of our next adventure together.
