I'm completely head over heels in love with this grand wedding venue.

Styled shoots really are a fabulous way for talented suppliers to collaborate and really show off their wonderful talents to their prospective brides to be. You can enjoy a glimpse of what your special day may look like which is extremely important when choosing suppliers for your big day.

"Just the mere mention of Paris evokes elegance from a bygone era, elegance we hoped to channel for this stylized shoot that took place in the heart of the romantic city." "We set up at the historic Grand Salon of the Shangri-La Hotel in France. The beautiful room, with its gilded decor and luxury feel was the perfect place for a bride to ready herself for her big day." "Her gown (a lace number by Claire Pettibone) was flattering and perfect, and was a true work of art. To achieve a classic French bridal look, hair and makeup artist Marina carefully added neutral tones and a chignon to our already-stunning bridal model. We topped her bridal hairstyle with a delicate crown woven with filigree gold leaves, pearlized beads and tiny jewels."

" Because of the opulence of the Shangri-La, we sought to incorporate a lot of gold-toned hues, contrasted strongly by the white marble fireplaces and consoles throughout the rooms."

" Every great photo session combines strong contrast to help the details stand out! The luxury dinnerware, with its dainty pattern, features the traditional monogram and bee logo used by the hotel and we hand-carried gold ornaments from Southern Oregon to use as eclectic and romantic napkin rings."

" In addition, we are featuring florals by Estelle Preston, who used some of France's most beautiful flowers, like garden roses in quiet blush tones."

" The florals were hand-tied with flowing ribbons from artisan retailer Silk and Willow."
