Today we are headed to the beautiful Greek Island of Rhodes for Chris and Dalina's wedding day held back in September. The dreamy destination was just the perfect setting, all blue skies and turquoise seas. Take me there now ;-)

Anyway I digress, what do I love about this wedding?

The colour popping pink bridesmaid dresses, the lush florals, Chris' fun blue suit and of course all of those smiles. A gorgeous couple.

FROM THE BRIDE | We knew that when we married, it would definitely be in Greece (we're both Greek), but also in the Greek island village where Chris' family are from, Lindos in Rhodes, with lots of our family and friends from all over the world around us.

We wanted a relaxed, informal but fun vibe for the celebrations, with the very ornate 15th century Greek Orthodox church for the ceremony. Mixing those two styles was tricky, but with a rustic and whimsical approach to the theme, we brought out the best of the all the little details around us. We also made sure to take advantage of the gorgeous weather and beautiful sunsets, with cocktails at dusk. The party started for the guests even before it was time for my dad and brother to walk me to the church, as everyone was in such great spirits. The church was beautifully decorated with flowers, but the icons covering the walls took everyone's breath away.

It was then back to the venue for the reception. The Greek band had guests dancing even before the starters were served, and by the time we moved on to the after party, the party was in a full swing. Our guests seemed to have the time of their lives, as did we, and our photos bring back all the emotions of our special day.
