There's a special place in our hearts for DIY weddings.

All the thought, care, love and creativity that goes in to them is so inspiring.

So when Etsy UK (only one of our favourite websites of all time, in case you hadn't noticed) asked us to write a guest post on their blog (pretty blooming exciting!) we knew it had to be something for the DIY brides and grooms.

We often turn to Etsy for inspiration on our own craft projects (check out our favourite Etsy DIY supplies here), so we thought we'd give back with a post on Dos and Don'ts for DIY weddings - make sure you give it a read, we've put some really nifty tips in there!

After all, we've seen our fair share of real DIY weddings over the years, and we know what it takes to handmake your dream day without pulling your hair out over a tissue paper pom pom.
