Last week I shared my first winter inspiration board of the season, filled with shades of warm greys and flickering with the golden glow of cosy candlelight this is one of my favourite winter wedding looks. Photographer Natasha Hurley and her team took the inspiration one step further, and created a stunning styled shoot based with wintery shades and a hint of faded glamour. A Vera Wang dress, sheer veil (sigh), calligraphy and antique details paired with relaxed yet totally elegant flowers

We were inspired to create a winter fairytale wedding, incorporating the the beautiful shades of grey and white of winter against the delicate pink of the roses in the bouquet and table florals. Hints of the winter included tiny bells as favours at each place setting and the invitation suite which used 'frosted' paper and the quote 'winter is in my head but spring is in my heart'. For the fairytale element nothing less than a big Vera Wang showstopper of a dress and cathedral veil. We chose Castle Gibson's Ruby House as the venue for our shoot as it was a perfect mix of peeling paint and faded glamour fit for a fairytale castle!
