It's been quite foggy outside for a few days. The air seems so heavy and humid that it makes you feel sluggish. But the old truth is that it's what you eat that makes you feel good, not the external conditions.

So we are currently in a mood for light and fluffy cakes. Lemon Meringue Pie Fudge Manuela presented some time ago was very refreshing. And now, I've found another cake worth tasting. Mint Chocolate Cheese Cake made by Megan of Pip & Ebby seems reasonably easy to make and its look is definitely encouraging. I know the exquisite combination of mint and chocolate, so I've already put this cake on my 'weekend to do list'.
