Stella Uhm and Ryan DeCairos, August 31, 2013, Toronto, Ontario.

As if climbing a mountain (let alone the third highest mountain in Korea - Ulsanbawi) wasn't exciting enough, Ryan made the experience even more amazing by proposing to Stella at the top. "Both of us ventured to the lookout edge where all the other hikers stopped to admire the breathtaking view and have their pictures taken by the resident photographer. That's when Ryan dropped down on one knee and popped the question," Stella shares.

The couple's wedding was full of excitement as well, featuring marquee lighting, jaw-dropping pastries and a jam-packed dance floor. The reception space, Toronto's historic Berkeley Church, was decorated in soft pastel shades, including muted rose, moss green, and creamy white, which paired perfectly with the modern family-style dining tables, leafy garland centrepieces and strings of twinkle lights.

The couple's entrance into their reception space was an especially fun and energetic moment." Our grand entrance was to Kanye West's, 'All of the Lights'. We had the hall turn off all the lights, and when we entered, we had all the lights turned up, including our main 'MR & MRS' marquee lights on the stage," Stella explains. The night seamlessly transformed into a big party where late night snacks and spontaneous sing-a-longs happened until the last rowdy revellers called it an evening.
