Vintage-Inspired Florida Ranch Wedding: Jenny + Jeff

Vintage-Inspired Florida Ranch Wedding: Jenny + Jeff

via

Jenny + Jeff's beautiful, vintage-inspired Florida ranch wedding is the perfect eye candy to perk us up this morning. (Because we need just a few more days to fully adjust to the time change!) These two were total DIY gurus, tackling some super impressive projects like their handcrafted cake table, whimsical paper ceremony backdrop, and pretty, playful wedding signage. They spent the majority of their weekends the year prior to the big day collecting one-of-a-kind vintage pieces to help pull together their vision. We love how it turned out! And how about all that gorgeous Spanish moss at their venue?! So in love. Let's hear a bit more about the day from Jenny:

Jeff and I had a pretty clear vision of how we wanted our wedding day to turn out. We let our home be our inspiration for our big day. We spent the last few years decorating the home we shared together and felt it was a perfect representation of our style. It is a mix of vintage and modern with a neutral palette and pops of color with lots of collected items such as antlers, milk glass and brass animal figurines. We tried to focus on planning a stylish outdoor party that was more casual and comfortable rather than a traditional wedding. The vendors that we chose to work with helped us to create our perfect wedding day. From the amazing southern inspired menu created for us by In Bloom Catering to the vintage lounge areas designed by Wish Vintage Rentals, the outcome was beyond our expectations!

Big thanks also to Adam Lowe for sharing his stunning photos with us!

We're positively crazy about Jenny's incredible dress, but a bit sad to report it was a vintage Ebay find. If you're looking for a vintage dress to wear on your wedding day and are up for the challenge of tracking down the perfect frock, you just might get as lucky as Jenny did by scouring Ebay, flea markets, and thrift stores! (Can we also add we love how Jenny paired her dress with super rad Frye boots?!)

These pretty eyelet BHLDN chair banners were a perfect addition to the reception's romantic, vintage vibe.
