Dreamy Peach Summer Marquee Wedding | Whimsical Wonderland Weddings

Morning lovelies :-) If you are dreaming of summer days you are in the right place this morning.

Jen and Jon tied the knot in the summer, and kept their day simple and relaxed. They held their wedding at The Moat House, West Sussex with a pretty marquee for their reception.

I so love Jen's non traditional wedding dress, she looks so very beautiful. There were rose bouquets, sunshine, an outdoors ceremony and bunting galore. Just glorious.

Thanks so much to Teri V f or the lovely images today.

Beautiful Bridesmaids... My older Sister Helen.

The Flowers... My Mum did them all. A mix of home grown and purchased from a florist. Actually the florist was going on holiday so we set up that we could take what was left at a nice price, so the theme was a mixed country feel! Vases on the table were French apple compot jars which I put ribbon on.

Your Photographer... Teri Vincent, the best!! I've know Teri since I was 19, she's so good I left her to it as I knew she had the touch we like. Everyone loves the photos, as do we.

The Details + Decor... I wanted a relaxed feel so it was all about the bunting. I would love to say I made it but it was a fantastic Ebay find by Jon, it was hand made by a lady who made it for her daughter's wedding, that was the main feature.

The tables had a vase of flowers, tea cups and saucers (all found by my Mum in French bric-a-brac shops), I made 'eat me labels' and filled with sweets.

I made placemats with funny/alternative marriage quotes on and hand wrote the names on.I kept it simple as the venue and grounds were so stunning it didn't need much.

Advice for Other Couples... Don't get engrossed in too many details, keep it simple. It's all about people being there for you, if that comes across it will be a good day, with or without expensive favours! ( I don't think people remember half those things anyway). Make what you do have good and those items will stand out.
