Thoulstone Park is a wonderful new wedding venue set within 150 acres of countryside in Wiltshire. Situated in a rural setting, with easy access from major transport links, it is an ideal venue for those looking to get married in a unique, beautiful or eco-friendly manner in the beautiful outdoors.

The venue features a picturesque wildlife lake, woodland and copse areas, 60 acres of newly planted trees, hidden features and a panoply of interesting landscape features to enjoy at your leisure. Those hiring Thoulstone Park will have open access to its green and pleasant spaces for the duration of your special weekend.

Managed by the team behind the Sunrise Festivals and St Pauls Carnival, Thoulstone Park is an exquisite former golf-course now being converted into a groundbreaking eco-project.

As well its natural features, Thoulstone Park has installed environmentally-friendly facilities for up to 200 guests including a unique ceremonial temple, main reception hall, compost toilets, eco-spa, solar power and glamping options. It's a perfect location for children to play and adults to celebrate amongst nature's gifts.

The onsite team have huge experience of running events from banquets and weddings to large eco-festivals, so you can expect a unique experience in working with them to create your very special day.

• Main Reception Lodge: Seating up to 150 with tables and benches. Specially adapted tipi long house structure. (Images coming soon)
• Ceremonial Temple: Capacity of 150 seated. Exquisite hand-crafted 60ft temple space with altar. Suitable for music in evenings.
• Additional Tents: Yurts, Tipis, Domes and Marquees available by request.
• Food and Drink: We have onsite caterers who provide for our events. Wedding parties are not required to use these however use of kitchen is otherwise not included in package.
• Décor: 3 themes are available for main reception hall if required.
• Site and Venue Lighting: Included in basic package
• Music: Small stage provided in main reception lodge. PA to be rented separately. Amplified music licensable to 1.30am. Non-amplified music allowed beyond this time.
• Camping Space: Acres of space for camping and campervans. Weekend camping included in basic package.
• Glamping Accommodation: Yurt, Tipi and Bell Tent accommodation available for weekend rental.
• Barbecue & Fire: Barbecue and fire-pit area - including firewood - provided in package.
• Numbers: Facilities cater for up to 200 guests comfortably. Additional requirements can be met.
• Pets: Allowed. Dogs on leads only.
• Children: There is an outdoor play area close to main reception hall for children. Other childrens facilities available by request. Play Area included in basic package. There is a small lake onsite. Children should not be allowed close to this without parental supervision.
• No wedding license but informal, spiritual and humanist ceremonies allowed. Ceremonialists available by request.

AMENITIES

• Water: Available onsite. Provided as part of package.
• Waste: All waste is disposed of by the venue in the most environmental way possible. Provided as part of package.
• Toilets: 6 hand-crafted and beautiful compost toilets are situated onsite close to all wedding facilities and camping.
• Electricity: Power is provided to the main reception hall for basic functioning. Additional energy sources will be required for music systems and other uses. We would be happy to arrange this as an addition to basic package. Only biofuel generators and renewable energy allowed.
• Insurance: Provided as part of package.
• Showers/Sauna/Bath-house: Provided as part of package. Includes 3 shower units, sauna and washing facilities.

The team at Thoulstone Park, who include the producers of the Sunrise Celebration Festivals and its various off-shoots, have access to hundreds of contacts including everything from incredible live bands and DJs to marquees, tipis, domes and yurts; unique décor; graphic designers and much much more. they are more than happy to help and work with you on producing every aspect of your special day, to whatever level you require.
