Hello – I’m Alexa and I’m a wedding photographer.  I’m running a little competition with rather a big prize and I’m looking for a very special couple to work with.  I want to put together a brochure and a short film about how I work and in return for this I am offering my full wedding photography package as a prize in this competition!

What‘s the prize?

 

My full wedding package (worth over £2000) – this includes an engagement session, 8 hours of wedding photography with 300 digital images and an 8×8 album.

I’m a happy creative soul in love with the little things in life.  Cups of tea, indie folk music, collecting beautiful objects, my tabby cat and long walks with my husband make my world go round.   I have been photographing weddings for two years and I love my job. The next step is that I want to document each part of the wedding photography journey for my clients, from our first meeting to choosing your album images at the end. I am going to write a series of blog posts to be featured on my website and possibly Whimsical Wonderland Weddings and I also hope to produce a 2 minute film showing ‘behind the scenes at a wedding’  (which would of course be non-intrusive to your day).

I’m looking for a laid back couple who think outside the box and do things their way and are happy to take part in this project. You will value good photography and this will be an important part of your day.  You will be happy to provide a small quote about each stage of the journey for my blog posts, how it went, how it felt etc.  Your wedding will be between September 2013 and August 2014 and can be anywhere in the UK or indeed the world!  (you pay my travel and accommodation) I’m really looking forward to getting to know you!

How do I enter?

 

Send me an email to [email protected]  Tell me why you guys are the couple I should choose – my photography is all about getting to know my clients so tell me your story and all about your wedding plans.  You can get creative – a slideshow, video, moodboard, drawings etc would all be awesome.

Please include : your names, ages, telephone number and a photo :-) Also tell me when and where you are getting married.

Terms and Conditions

 

Winners decided at the discretion of Alexa Loy Photography and Whimsical Wonderland Weddings and the decision is final.

Alexa’s standard wedding photography contract applies.

Bride and Groom must be happy to be featured on WWW and Alexa Loy Photography site and blog.

Wedding must be between now and the end of August 2014 and on a date when Alexa is not already booked.

Closing date is Tuesday 23rd July 2013.  Winners will be notified by phone or email .

Alexa is based in Hertfordshire but loves adventures and will travel anywhere. Reasonable travel expenses and accommodation may be required to be paid for by the clients.

No cash alternative will be offered.

The judge’s decision is final.
